Overview
Trindent Consulting is a global technical augmentation company with a passion for solving complex problems in the energy, healthcare, and finance sectors.
Problem
To put it simply, the old Trindent website was just out of date making it harder to win business and drive recuritment objectives. They needed to explain their business more clearly, attract new recruits, and give their brand a fresh makeover.
The mission? Craft a cohesive brand, simplify their services so everyone gets it, and showcase their awesome work culture to draw in top talent.

The final outcome is a comprehensive design system and responsive website finely tuned for both business goals and recruitment needs.
Design System
I put together a solid design system for Trindent's website and digital content to bring their brand together. By really getting into who Trident is and understanding who they're talking to, I shaped the visuals and made reusable parts.
Making sure everything works well for everyone was key, so I focused on responsive design and accessibility. Clear docs and tweaks based on user feedback polished it up, giving us a strong brand look and boosting engagement on all digital platforms.
Responsive Website
I designed a mobile-first website, focusing on user feedback and data that showed the mobile version as the most screen size used by our audience.
Optimized Content
We optimized the copy and content through extensive interactions with key stakeholders and meticulously refining messaging to drive both business goals and recruitment objectives.
By gathering feedback and insights, we tailored the communications to resonate with our target audience, showcasing the services and company culture in a compelling and relatable manner. The selection of imagery was thoughtfully curated to enhance their narrative and visually convey their sustainability focus. This approach not only strengthened their market positioning but also created a strong and easily recognizable brand.
