I also redesigned their website to simplify onboarding, clarify their brand identity, and reduce support inquiries, enhancing user engagement and marketing.

I designed an internal interface to streamline appointment booking and track HVAC system details for better maintenance management. The interface allows users to easily book appointments, view system histories, and track upcoming maintenance schedules based on system types and service dates.
